What will I get from a RMT?
A: Registered Massage Therapy is the manipulation of the body’s soft tissues, including muscles, connective tissues, tendons, ligaments, and joints. Massage Therapy is a clinically-oriented healthcare option that helps alleviate the discomfort associated with every day and occupational stresses, muscular over-use, and many chronic pain conditions. Massage Therapy can be used to treat both acute and chronic conditions.

How long is a treatment?
A: It depends on your need. Most clients usually book one hour treatment.

What do I need to bring to appointment?
A: The payment and a mask.

What is expected for the first visit?
A: You will need to fill out some forms, such as: Health History Form, Consent Form, and so on. After that, you will get an assessment and a hands-on treatment.

What is COVID- 19 hygiene procedure?
A: Please refer to COVID-19.

Do you have direct billing?
A: No. After the treatment and payment, you will be issued a receipt with my information on and claim to your own insurance company.

Is there a parking spot?
A: Yes.

How can I go to the treatment room?
A: After parking your car on my drive way or on the street, please walk along the side of the house to the backyard. The entrance of the treatment room is in the backyard.
