Cancellation Policy
I understand you may need to cancel your appointment sometimes. Please inform me 24 hours before your appointment time so that another client can have enough time to be arranged. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours, $20 will be charged.
Late Policy
I understand that you may be late sometimes due to emergency. Please inform me when you know that you might be late. If there is one client after you, your full treatment time may not be guaranteed.
